Elspeth currently works in the Statewide Conveyancing division, where she handles the purchase and sale of vacant land, houses and units.
Career Summary:
Elspeth attended Griffith University in Brisbane and completed her law degree in 2006. In 2007 she was a Judges Associate for Her Honour Judge Dick SC in the Queensland District Court. Following that, Elspeth was admitted in 2008 and worked as a Legal Officer at Legal Aid in Brisbane specialising in criminal law. After moving to Mackay, she joined the McKays team in 2010.

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
• Bachelor of Arts (Journalism)
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
• Admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland
