Louise has experience in civil court and general litigation matters. She can assist clients at all stages of a matter, from preliminary advice on prospects of a case, through to bringing about a satisfactory settlement in a mediation or trial.

Career Summary:

Louise completed tertiary study at the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane in 2005. She undertook a trainee solicitorship with a local firm throughout 2006 and was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2007. She joined the litigation team at McKays Solicitors in November 2007. In 2009 Louise transferred to the Brisbane Office to strengthen the Brisbane Litigation team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (Queensland University of Technology)
• Bachleor of Journalism (Queensland University of Technology)
• Admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland
• Admitted as a Solicitor to the High Court of Australia
