• Estate planning and estate administration;
• Business structuring and asset protection – minimization of taxation and
protection of personal wealth;
• Incorporation of companies and set up of discretionary, unit or superannuation trusts;
• Commercial Agreements such as partnership agreements, shareholders’ agreements and buy/sell agreements;
• Residential, commercial and business conveyancing.
Her training and experience has led to Suzanne being a one-stop-shop for all your commercial needs. She prides herself on her attention to detail and is passionate and enthusiastic about providing her clients with the best service possible.
Career Summary:
Suzanne commenced with McKays Solicitors in 2004 and completed her five year Articles of Clerkship under the supervision of Partner, Andrew Coates. While working fulltime to complete her Clerkship, Suzanne managed to finish her Bachelor of Law degree externally through QUT with Honours.
Suzanne has developed an interest in superannuation and is currently working towards attaining her specialist accreditation as a Self Managed Superannuation Fund Specialist Advisor with the SPAA. Constantly looking for opportunity to introduce new services to clients, she wrote the firm’s Self Managed Superannuation Fund trust deed.
Suzanne regularly presents training seminars to local accountants and financial planners in Mackay including having presented at two CPA Australia seminars in 2009 and also co-presented a conference with a representative from Professional Investment Services.

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours Div 2A) (Queensland University of Technology)
• Certificate III in Legal Administration - Queensland College of Tafe
• Achieved High Distinction for Masters of Law subject LWN099 Intellectual Property
