Members of ECA, MPA and MPAQ have access to free solicitors’ letters of demand* and a guarantee of service satisfaction including, that should you not be satisfied with the service provided with relation to an undefended debt collection matter, we will refund our fees in total (excluding disbursements such as court filing fees etc.). All charges for debt collection work which we do within our arrangement for these members, are fixed for each stage and quoted up front. The costs of pursuing defended claims are strictly limited and are explained to you up front so you can decide whether or not the debt is worth pursuing.
