Specialist Areas:
Lynn specialises in the structuring and documentation of business and commercial arrangements such as sale and purchase of companies, shares, businesses and commercial property. She also has extensive experience in property leasing, corporate law, including shareholder agreements, preparation of minutes and resolutions, acting for various types of associations and financing and securities including loan agreements, mortgages and charges. Lynn’s approach is to be mindful of the commercial and business environment in which a client operates and to provide advice and documentation in timely manner.
Career Summary:
Lynn commenced her legal career in NSW working in the commercial and business fields and moved to Brisbane in 2001. Lynn has acted for a broad range of clients including small and medium sized businesses, public and listed companies and their subsidiaries, government agencies, insolvency practitioners, sporting bodies and other non-profit organisations, shopping centre owners, owners of licensed premises and taxi co-operatives.
Prior to entering the legal profession Lynn was in middle management with a national food retailer and was responsible for systems design and production of training manuals for their supermarket division.
Lynn joined McKays Solicitors in 2007.
